People believe in any number of things. Why? Is it blind faith? Why would anyone have "blind faith" in anything? Maybe you don't have blind faith. Maybe you believe in something, but you just can't articulate why you have this belief.
First Peter 3:15 states
| But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: |

These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. Acts 17:11 |
Basically this says those in Thessalonica listened to what was said by Paul and Silas, and then they confirmed what was said by looking it up in the Bible for themselves. I highly recommend that you do the same. Not just with me, but with anyone who tells you anything about what the Bible says.
